Just finished these beautiful napkinholders the other day as I couldn't find any fancy ones to purchase.
The original napkin rings had holes so I could sew the pearls on, but a glue gun works faster for all you impatient ones out there.
Start with the bits from the CD's as a foundation and get more pearls over to get some height to them.
